Construction of high quality FE meshes and models of complete body , Closures & chassis subsystems and components.

• Conduct non-linear ABAQUS FE solutions for fatigue and strength evaluation.Strong interpersonal & communication skills are highly desirable
• Experience range 5-7 Years with strong know of Abaqus software
• Strong model building skills using Ansa /Hyper mesh.
• Strong Experience in BIW,closures & suspension
• Conduct nCode fatigue post-processing to evaluate fatigue life.
• Clear, confident presentation and documentation of engineering conclusions.
• Lead research activities to develop new and improve existing CAE methods.
• Occasional test validation and investigations related to FE models and test requirements.
• When performance concerns arise from CAE validation, the candidate will be responsible for developing appropriate countermeasure plans and work closely with design departments for implementation.
