About the Role:
OSK is seeking an experienced and dynamic Café Manager to oversee the daily operations of our café with a strong focus on healthy food offerings and exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, operationally strong, and capable of leading a diverse team while maintaining OSK’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full café operations including FOH & BOH coordination, customer service, and staff performance.
- Ensure smooth daily workflow, proper opening/closing procedures, and consistent service standards.
- Oversee healthy menu execution and ensure all items meet OSK quality, presentation, and freshness standards.
- Maintain proper ordering systems, stock controls, and minimize wastage.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with central kitchen for timely and accurate production planning.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.
- Analyze daily sales, provide performance reports, and support in achieving monthly targets.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and implement improvements based on feedback.
- Coordinate with marketing and management for promotions, specials, and seasonal offerings.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of café management or supervisory experience in a healthy food concept or specialty café.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of café operations, ordering systems, inventory control, and staff management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
