Job description

• Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
• Understand company Standard Operating Procedures and ensure all staff follows directions.
• Taking utmost care of Dine-in, Take Away & Home delivery orders & ensure zero missed orders while also maintaining service standards.
• Prepare daily duty roaster for the service team in-coordination with captains.
• Ensure hygiene & cleanliness is maintained at all times.
• Monitor opportunities to reduce wastage.
• Monitor opportunities to reduce overall cost.
• Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
• Resolving customers questions and grievances in a professional manner.
• Ensure proper functioning & maintenance of restaurant equipment through regular preventive maintenance.
• Resolve Team member conflicts and ensure employee engagement.
