We are seeking an experienced and passionate
Cafés Operations Manager
to lead and oversee the daily operations of our café branches. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality, service, and efficiency across all locations while driving growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Oversee and manage daily operations across multiple café branches

Ensure consistent quality of products, coffee, and customer service

Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain brand standards

Monitor inventory levels, cost control, and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food handling regulations

Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to increase profitability

Support marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions

Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues effectively

Develop and implement operational policies and best practices
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in café or restaurant operations management

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
