We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cafe Store Manager to join our team. As a Cafe Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and profitable operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and staff management
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and make necessary adjustments to meet targets
• Train, mentor, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, cash handling, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other operational reports for management
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors’ activities
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing store profitability
• Sound knowledge of Cafe operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Fluent in English Language
