We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cafe Store Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our cafe store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the cafe store, including scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Train and supervise staff members, including baristas, cashiers, to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient operations
- Create and maintain a positive work environment by providing guidance, support, and coaching to team members
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cafe store, ensuring all health and safety standards are met
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including promotions, special events, and upselling techniques
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and purchasing, to ensure the smooth operation of the cafe store
- Conduct regular inventory checks and place orders for supplies when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is required
