- Manage restaurant opening and closing procedures.
- Understand company Standard Operating Procedures and ensure all staff follows directions.
- Taking utmost care of Dine-in, Take Away & Home delivery orders & ensure zero missed orders while also maintaining service standards.
- Prepare daily duty roaster for the service team in-coordination with captains.
- Ensure hygiene & cleanliness is maintained at all times.
- Monitor opportunities to reduce wastage.
- Monitor opportunities to reduce overall cost.
- Appointing, inducting, and mentoring new staff members.
- Resolving customers questions and grievances in a professional manner.
- Ensure proper functioning & maintenance of restaurant equipment through regular preventive maintenance.
- Resolve Team member conflicts and ensure employee engagement.
