We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional customer service, handling inquiries, and supporting sales operations within the property sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally to provide information about available properties, projects, and services.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Qualify and forward potential leads to the sales team and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate property viewings for sales agents.
  • Assist in client retention and satisfaction by providing high-quality customer service.
  • Record feedback and report recurring client concerns to management for improvement.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to align communication strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, or real estate environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
