Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in a call center or similar role with sales background is a must
  • Fluency in English is required. Arabic language is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a clinic, hospital , wellness center or call center is a strong advantage.
  • Possess active listening and comprehension skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems
  • Proficiency in Excel is an advantage
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Collaborative and able to work in a team
  • Commitment to providing prompt and courteous service
  • Friendly demeanour and proper phone etiquette with every customer.
