About the Role

ATU Logistics is seeking Call Center Agents to join our dedicated customer support team. The ideal candidate will handle international calls, assist clients with logistics-related inquiries, and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.

This role is best suited for individuals who have strong English communication skills, enjoy solving problems over the phone, and can thrive in a fast-paced customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from international clients regarding logistics, deliveries, and service updates.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers about their requests or shipments.
  • Record all interactions in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, and customer service) to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Follow up on pending cases and ensure all customer concerns are closed within service timelines.
  • Maintain a professional tone and deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Identify recurring issues and share feedback with supervisors for process improvement.
  • Achieve individual and team-based performance targets related to call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a call center or BPO environment (US/UK campaign preferred).
  • Excellent English communication and listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively during the night shift.
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
