Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and results-driven B2B Call Center Agent to handle outbound and inbound calls for business clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound inquiries from business clients professionally and efficiently.
- Identify client needs and offer tailored business solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to follow up on qualified leads.
- Achieve individual and team sales and performance targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
- 1–2 years of B2B sales or call center experience.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in international B2B campaigns or lead generation.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
