Overview:
We are seeking experienced Call Center Agents to support healthcare-related customer services for Apna Clinic. The ideal candidates must have prior experience in pharmacy, clinic, or hospital environments and should understand basic medical terminology and nomenclature. Agents will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting patients, addressing inquiries, and providing accurate information as per medical guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle patient and customer queries through inbound/outbound calls.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Understand and follow basic medical terminology to ensure correct communication.
  • Provide information regarding pharmacy items, treatments, and healthcare services.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with healthcare policies.
  • Ensure call quality by following scripts and SOPs.
  • Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Support administrative tasks within the clinic operations when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in pharmacy, clinic, or hospital customer service.
  • Strong understanding of medical nomenclature at a basic level.
  • Intermediate to strong communication skills (English & Urdu).
  • Proficiency in data entry and MS Office.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
  • Strong patient-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs45,000.00 per month
