Call Center Agent – Real Estate

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Agent with a background in real estate lead calling and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and previous experience handling property inquiries or telesales calls for real estate companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on property inquiries.
• Convert leads into qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain updated records of customer interactions in the CRM.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and provide accurate property information.
• Coordinate with sales agents to schedule viewings and update client status.
• Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
