Call Center Agent – Student Consultancy

Job Overview:
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our Student Consultancy Department. In this role, you will guide students through international study options, provide accurate information regarding admissions and visa processes, handle inquiries, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience for every student.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails from students and parents.
• Provide guidance on study programs, admissions, documents, and universities.
• Assist with appointment bookings and consultancy processes.
• Conduct follow-ups to ensure timely updates and deadlines are met.
• Maintain accurate student records and documentation.
• Address concerns professionally and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with consultants and visa teams for smooth service.
• Promote consultancy services to achieve enrollment targets.
• Stay updated on admission rules, visa requirements, and education trends.

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong verbal communication skills in English (professional proficiency required).
• Bachelor’s degree (students are not eligible).
• Prior experience minimum 3 years in travel, visa, or student consultancy will be an advantage.
• Organized, focused, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to meet consultancy targets.

Key Information:

• Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
• Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
• Location: Rehman Travels, Block E, G-6/2 Blue Area, Islamabad
