Job Summary:
We are looking for professional, motivated, and customer-focused Call Center Agents to join our fast-paced travel agency. You will assist customers with visa guidance, ticketing services, travel-related inquiries, and ensure a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, emails, and messages for visa and ticketing services.
- Assist with flight options, fare details, bookings, rebookings, and cancellations.
- Guide customers on visa requirements and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records for bookings and visa files.
- Stay updated on airline policies, visa updates, and travel regulations.
- Resolve customer issues professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Promote travel deals and services to meet sales targets.
- Follow up on bookings and ensure timely document processing.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (professional level).
- Bachelor’s degree (students are not eligible).
- Previous experience in a travel agency (Visa, Ticketing, STA, Immigration, Umrah) is preferred.
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to meet sales goals.
Key Information:
- Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM
- Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
- Location: Rehman Travels, Block E, G-6/2 Blue Area, Islamabad
