Call Center Agent – Renewable Energy

Location: Office #913, 9th Floor, Al Hafeez Executive, Gulberg III, Lahore
Hours: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
Salary: Negotiable

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm leads in the renewable energy sector
• Promote solar and air source heat pump solutions
• Convert inquiries into qualified appointments or sales
• Maintain accurate call records and follow company guidelines
• Provide clear product information and excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center or telesales experience
• Knowledge of solar, heat pumps, or renewable energy products
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Must work onsite in Gulberg III
• Target-driven and able to work independently
• Male and female candidates may apply

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 48 months
