Call center Agents Required

We are hiring Call Center Agents for our Urdu Call Center. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers, and ensuring excellent communication and support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer calls in Urdu (inbound & outbound).
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries.
• Promote services/products where applicable.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude.
• Work as part of a team to achieve targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
• Good communication skills in Urdu.
• Confidence, patience, and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Male candidates only.
