About Us:
ULS Allcare is a fast-paced, service-driven healthcare organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes and access to care. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Call Center Dispatcher to join our team and help coordinate patient appointments and provider schedules efficiently.

Job Summary:

As a Call Center Dispatcher, you will play a key role in ensuring timely coordination between patients, providers, and field staff. You’ll be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, routing providers, and addressing real-time issues that arise during the day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and dispatch appointments for medical providers
  • Monitor provider routes and make real-time adjustments as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and staff to relay updates or changes
  • Maintain detailed call logs, appointment data, and dispatch records
  • Assist with coverage coordination and identify scheduling gaps
  • Handle patient concerns or service delays with empathy and urgency
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure workflow efficiency

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate’s degree preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in a dispatch, scheduling, or call center role (healthcare a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable using scheduling software, EHRs, or dispatch tools (e.g., Practice Fusion, HouseCall Pro, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required

Schedule:

  • 30 hours per week Monday -Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Occasional weekend or after-hours availability may be required
