Call Center / Customer Service Representative (USA Market)

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to clients to ensure timely collection of payments.
• Verify and update client phone numbers, addresses, and other essential information with accuracy.
• Utilize BailBooks platform to send payment links, facilitating seamless payment processing.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to establish rapport and effectively convey information.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure streamlined operations and exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills are a must (As per USA Standards) – your ability to connect with clients sets the tone for our service quality.
• Detail-oriented approach to verifying and updating client information.
• Prior experience in customer service, collections, or related fields is advantageous.
• Self-motivated team player who can thrive in an independent work environment.

Location: On Site - DHA Phase 6, Ittehad Commerical
Work Timing: 8 pm to 6am (Onsite)
