Call Center Manager

We are hiring an experienced Call Center Manager with a solid background in managing call center operations within the F&B / Hospitality sector.

Requirements:

  • Must be currently in Bahrain
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in call center operations
  • At least 4–5 years in the same field (F&B / restaurants / delivery operations)
  • Proven experience in handling:
  • Multi-branch order management
  • Customer complaints & service recovery
  • Aggregators (Talabat, Jahez, Careem, etc.)
  • Call center KPIs, queue handling, and workforce management
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a large team
  • Excellent analytical & reporting skills
  • Ability to improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance service quality
