About the Role

In this role, you’ll reach out to potential customers through outbound calls, assist them with their queries, and provide tailored solutions that fit their needs. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote company products and services.
• Identify customer needs and respond accurately and promptly.
• Record detailed customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.
• Recommend or upsell products/services when suitable.
• Maintain a professional, positive, and customer-first attitude on every call.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer skills and data entry knowledge.
