About the Role
Leads Expert BPO is hiring confident, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs). You will connect with potential clients through outbound calls, understand their requirements, and offer suitable solutions. This position is ideal for freshers looking to begin a rewarding career in sales and customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to promote services and engage potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and deliver clear, accurate information.
• Log customer details and call outcomes in the system.
• Recommend or upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and friendly tone in every interaction.

Requirements

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving abilities.
• Energetic, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Basic computer skills and data entry familiarity.
