Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

ATU Logistics is seeking energetic and customer-oriented Call Center Representatives to join our night shift team in Lahore.
You’ll serve as the primary contact for our clients — managing inbound and outbound calls to assist, resolve issues, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and professional experience.

We’re looking for confident communicators who can stay composed under pressure, think on their feet, and deliver excellent service with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and support requests.
• Make outbound calls for follow-ups, shipment confirmations, and service updates.
• Clearly explain ATU Logistics’ services and offerings to new and existing clients.
• Resolve customer concerns patiently and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate call logs and customer data in the CRM system.
• Coordinate closely with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Stay informed about company updates, policies, and service changes.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (US/Canada market experience is a plus).
• Excellent English communication skills — both verbal and written.
• Strong listening, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Must be available for full-time night shifts at our Lahore office (near DHA Phase 6).
