Call Center Representative

We are seeking a Telesales Call Center Agent to support our USA customer base.

Candidates must have experience in call center operations and possess excellent English communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients - for Sales and customer Support
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Positive attitude and exceptional customer service
• Answer incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and provide information to customers & leads
• Achieve Sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
• 20 % cold calling

Requirements:

• Good command of the English language - Essential for the role
• Must have intermediate/A-levels certificate or bachelor’s degree
• Positive attitude and reliable

Package: Base Salary + Fuel + Commissions

Office Location - Lake City

Timing: 8:00 pm to 5:00 am - 1 hour break in between

This job is best suitable for applicants with 1-3 years of call center experience with international clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

• Lahore Ferozepur Road: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
