Call Center Sales Executive (DE campaign)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Call Center Campaign Specialist to join our team and spearhead our debt elimination campaigns.

Job Description

JTech Solutions is looking for a DE super Agents and Qualifier. Who will play a critical role in our outreach efforts by managing and executing call center campaigns focused on debt elimination. This position requires excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of debt management, and the ability to motivate and guide clients towards financial freedom.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the USA to introduce products and services.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities through research and outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, especially in DE or LI, with a focus on cold calling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other stuff.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
