The Role
As our Hybrid Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our hungry customers. You'll be the friendly expert who takes their orders, answers their questions, and resolves their issues, ensuring every interaction is as satisfying as our food.
This role offers the best of both worlds: You'll enjoy the focus and comfort of working from your home office on some days, combined with the teamwork and collaborative energy of working in our [Riyadh] support office on other days.
What You'll Do
- Handle Inbound Orders: Be the primary point of contact for high-volume phone orders for delivery and takeout across multiple Shrimp Shack locations.
- Be a Menu Guru: Confidently guide customers through our menu, make mouth-watering recommendations, and upsell specials or add-ons.
- Manage Reservations: Assist guests with booking, modifying, or canceling their dining reservations.
- Provide "First-Call Resolution": Listen to customer feedback or complaints (e.g., late delivery, incorrect order) with patience and empathy. Take ownership of the problem and find a solution that leaves the customer happy.
- Ensure Accuracy: Meticulously enter all order details, special requests, and payment information into our POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Coordinate & Communicate: Act as a liaison between the customer, our kitchen staff, and our delivery partners to ensure a smooth process from call to pickup.

Requirements:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a customer service, call center, or hospitality role (restaurant experience is a huge plus!).
- A quiet, distraction-free home office setup with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
