We are seeking for Call center Agent to serve as the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and service users by handling inbound and outbound calls related to facilities management requests. The Call Center Agent ensures that all service requests, maintenance complaints, and work orders are logged accurately, assigned promptly, and followed up until completion, in line with company standards and service level agreements (SLAs).

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages from clients and tenants regarding maintenance, cleaning, security, and other FM-related services.
  • Log all service requests and complaints accurately into the CAFM (Computer- Aided Facilities Management) system
  • Ensure calls are handled professionally and in accordance with company customer service standards.
  • Create, update, and close work orders in the CAFM system.
  • Assign work orders to the relevant technicians, supervisors, or service partners as per the workflow.
  • maintain accurate call logs and activity reports for management review.
  • Support in preparing daily, weekly, or monthly reports on call volumes, response times, and customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and other departments to ensure service continuity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree ( preferred)
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center or helpdesk role, preferably within FM
  • Familiarity with CAFM systems
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills required ( Arabic is an advantage)
  • preferring Female candidate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
