QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a diligent Quality Assurance Executive who will ensure high standards of service delivery and client satisfaction. The role involves monitoring and evaluating client interactions, providing feedback for continuous improvement, and maintaining accurate CRM records

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular quality checks on client interactions via calls, emails, or other communication channels.
  • Connect with clients directly to gather feedback as part of quality audits.
  • Evaluate and ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system.
  • Identify gaps in service delivery and suggest actionable improvements.
  • Prepare reports on quality metrics and share insights with the management and team leads.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement quality standards and best practices.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and their effective usage.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and feedback collection.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive client feedback professionally.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance processes in customer service or client relations.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, CRM handling, client escalations or customer feedback roles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
