Calling Representative/Dispatch Officer- US Based (5:30 am - 2:30 pm PST)

Salary Package: PKR 60,000 – 65,000
Working Hours: 05:30 AM – 02:30 PM (Pakistan Standard Time /9-hour shift )
Shift: Early morning (Monday to Saturday)

About the Role

We are seeking a Dispatch Officer to oversee logistics and coordinate dispatch operations for our U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience will be preferred, However, candidates with good command on English language can also apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate dispatch operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Track and monitor shipments to confirm on-time delivery.
• Communicate clearly with drivers, clients, and stakeholders via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle scheduling, routing, and load assignments.
• Utilize dispatch software, GPS/ELD systems, and spreadsheets for real-time monitoring.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to maintain smooth logistics execution.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Prior dispatching experience (preferred).
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Prior knowledge of dispatch tools, GPS/ELD tracking apps, CRMs, and spreadsheets.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to join immediately.
