Location: Office 4 & 5, 2nd Floor, Hina Center near usmania restaurant Block 13 A Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi, 75050
Job Type: Part-Time
Salary: Based On Experience (Discussed during interview)
Shifts: Evening Shift

About the Role:

Digit IT is hiring Calling-Based Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to engage customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients
  • Provide accurate information regarding services/products
  • Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company
  • Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
  • Record and update call details in the system

Requirements:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of computers
  • Ability to work under minimum supervision
  • Must be punctual and responsible
  • Immediate joining preferred

Shift Timings:

  • 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM to 1:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM
