Position Overview

We are seeking qualified and passionate teachers for the subjects of Sciences, Mathematics, English, and Social Sciences.

Ideal candidates will bring academic expertise, intellectual curiosity, and a commitment to connecting classroom learning with real-world applications.

Full-time positions are preferred, but part-time or visiting roles may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, concept-driven lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Create meaningful opportunities for students to apply knowledge through projects, fieldwork, and real-world problem-solving.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to design interdisciplinary learning experiences.
• Observe and guide students in accordance with Montessori principles of independence, responsibility, and inquiry.
• Participate in professional learning and planning sessions as part of a reflective teaching community.

Qualifications

• B.Ed / PGT / PhD or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Prior experience in Cambridge or IB programmes is highly desirable.
• Deep subject knowledge and the ability to relate concepts to real-world contexts.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in AMI Montessori training (supported by the school).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
