CAMP BOSS

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Camp Boss to oversee the overall management and operations of our camp. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and hands-on experience in camp administration, catering, housekeeping, and staff supervision.
LOCATION : QATAR

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the camp, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
• Manage accommodation facilities, housekeeping, catering services, and camp cleanliness.
• Supervise camp staff, assign duties, and ensure high standards of service delivery.
• Maintain inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies; coordinate requisitions when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and health standards across the camp.
• Handle guest/camp resident issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain daily reports on camp occupancy, maintenance issues, and staff attendance.
• Coordinate with HR, procurement, and management for camp requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections of camp facilities and arrange for maintenance/repairs.
• Ensure proper waste management and adherence to environmental guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Camp Boss or in camp/catering management.
• Experience handling large workforce camps (industrial, construction, hypermarket, etc.) preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety, and basic maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative skills.
• Ability to handle multicultural staff and work under pressure.
