Camp Boss

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Camp Boss to manage and oversee the daily operations of our labor accommodations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the camp, maintaining safety and hygiene standards, and coordinating with various departments to ensure the well-being of all tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the overall management and maintenance of the camp.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations and health & safety standards.

Supervise room allocations, occupancy records, and tenant check-ins/check-outs.

Monitor utilities usage (DEWA, gas, etc.) and report irregularities.

Handle tenant complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with maintenance, cleaning, and security teams for smooth operations.

Maintain proper documentation and update records regularly.

Ensure camp cleanliness, hygiene, and overall discipline.

Conduct regular inspections and submit reports to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role in the UAE.

Good knowledge of UAE labor accommodation laws and Dubai Municipality guidelines.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage a multicultural workforce.

Proficient in MS Office and basic computer skills.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.

Must be available to join immediately or within a short notice period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
