At Giant Group we have an exciting opportunity for a Candidate Support Associate to join our growing team.


Job Title: Candidate Support Associate

Location: Askari Corporate Tower, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore

Salary: PKR 98,000 – 125,500 Monthly + PKR 31,000 per month (Shift Allowance)

Hours: 40hrs, Weekly Mon- Fri (with rotating Saturday shift), 12PM-9PM

Tenure: Permanent

About the role

As the Candidate Support Associate , you will have an impact on playing a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates throughout their screening and onboarding journey. Therefore, you will be the point of contact for candidate queries across multiple channels, providing clear guidance, timely responses, and professional support at every stage of the process. By managing candidate interactions effectively, you will contribute to building trust and confidence in our services while supporting internal teams with the smooth resolution of any issues. The desired outcome of your role is to deliver exceptional candidate care, foster a supportive and efficient process, and ensure all engagements reflect our commitment to professionalism, compliance, and data protection.


Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ownership and management of candidate queries via all channels (calls, chat, and email, ensuring they are responded to quickly and tasks are planned and completed efficiently.
  • Scheduling and conducting candidate call backs upon request.
  • Provide candidate support services in accurate and timely fashion, maintaining a high level of professionalism and competence in every interaction and ensure all queries are answered.
  • Build positive and productive internal relationships. Ensure to raise any complex issues with relevant stakeholders for prompt resolution.
  • Assist in developing process improvements to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness by providing regular feedback.
  • Take responsibility for personal workload, including following up queries, task actions and requests for information to ensure all items are completed within service levels.
  • Deliver and demonstrate a high knowledge and clear understanding of GDPR/Data protection and all aspects of handling and processing personal data.


Your ideal experience & competencies:

Ideally, you will be educated to degree level and have a minimum of 1 year of support experience across multiple channels, preferably via calls and live chat.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (including Excel) and experience in customer services is required.
  • Excellent communication and people skills to deliver clear messages and create a positive working environment within the team.
  • An understanding of navigating and resolving queries and concerns raised by candidates and maintain positive relationships both with candidates and within team.
  • Understanding and striving to achieve the giant people values is essential.
