Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, knowledge of OMMA compliance, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, managing office procedures, and supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Prior experience in office management, clerical tasks, or as a personal or medical receptionist is highly valued.
Duties
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
- Utilize Microsoft Teams, Connecteam, QuickBooks, and Metrc a for document creation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Assist with office management tasks such as helping fulfill orders including packaging, bundling, tubing, and labeling if needed.
- Support personal assistant duties, including calendar management and other general administrative support when required.
- Maintain organization of files and documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or personal assistant
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, teams)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- MUST have worked in the cannabis industry and have current OMMA credentials, and extensive knowledge of OMMA / OBNDD compliance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
