Overview
Oklahoma’s Best Cannabis and Oklahoma’s Best Consultants are expanding — and we’re looking for motivated, reliable, forward-thinking people to join a growing company at the intersection of cannabis, brand, entertainment, and technology.
We’re not a typical dispensary. We’re building a multi-layered ecosystem that blends retail, culture, and innovation. From cannabis sales and customer experience to marketing, management, and tech-driven systems, there are multiple paths to grow with us.
Team members earn through a combination of hourly pay + tips + commissions, with additional opportunities to earn bonuses for performance, creativity, and hitting company growth milestones. Future roles include team leads, marketing ambassadors, and a general manager position offering a living-wage salary with leadership incentives.
Whether you’re passionate about cannabis culture, social media, sales, or business systems, this is your chance to help shape a company that’s redefining what it means to work — and earn — in the cannabis industry.
Responsibilities
Depending on role and experience, team members may:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences — greeting clients, guiding them through product selections, and helping them discover products that match their wellness, lifestyle, or medicinal needs.
- Drive sales performance through product knowledge, customer engagement, and upselling; every interaction is an opportunity to educate and elevate the experience.
- Contribute to marketing and brand growth by creating or sharing social media content, participating in community outreach, and representing the brand both online and offline.
- Support daily operations — maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and following standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision.
- Collaborate with management and consultants on promotions, events, and new product rollouts.
- Participate in team development — offering feedback, helping refine systems, and contributing ideas to improve the business.
- Follow protocols and compliance requirements with accuracy and integrity while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and professional demeanor that reflects Oklahoma’s Best standards.
- Optionally: take on advanced responsibilities in sales, HR, payroll, or management as the company grows.
Requirements
We’re seeking people who bring energy, accountability, and ambition. The ideal candidate:
- Has a strong work ethic and is comfortable working in a results-driven, commission-based environment.
- Is trustworthy and dependable with money, transactions, and confidential information.
- Can follow SOPs and directives precisely while also being a critical thinker who communicates clearly and contributes new ideas.
- Is punctual, professional, and consistent — this is a real career path, not a short-term gig.
- Possesses solid customer-service or sales experience, ideally in retail, hospitality, or cannabis.
- Has knowledge (or curiosity) about cannabis — terpene profiles, cannabinoids, the endocannabinoid system, product effects, and wellness benefits. Also familiarness with the Brands we carry and partnerships we grow.
- Understands (or is eager to learn) basic marketing, content creation, or social media outreach.
- Is tech-friendly and open to using modern systems for sales tracking, commissions, and compliance.
- Thrives in team settings but can also self-manage and work independently.
- Maintains a professional, positive, and adaptable attitude.
Preferred but not required:
Experience in cannabis retail, POS/Metrc systems, or digital marketing; experience handling cash; familiarity with Oklahoma cannabis regulations; and/or a personal network within the local community.
