Summary: The Associate Director – Capital Projects Delivery is a senior leadership role responsible for strategic delivery management, people leadership, and operational excellence within the Capital Projects domain. This individual will oversee the successful delivery of multiple large-scale system integration, implementation, and transformation programs using Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, and Oracle PPM Suite (or equivalent project controls solutions). The Associate Director will lead a global delivery unit, ensuring project outcomes align with client expectations, practice growth objectives, and organizational performance standards. The role demands a deep understanding of capital project lifecycle management, EPC industry practices, and the ability to drive transformation through technology-enabled project controls. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide strategic direction and governance across multiple concurrent capital project system integration programs. - Oversee all aspects of project delivery — scope, cost, schedule, quality, risk, and stakeholder management. - Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, project governance standards, and compliance with contractual commitments. - Act as an executive sponsor or escalation point for critical programs to ensure client satisfaction and business continuity. - Drive consistency in solutioning and delivery excellence across Primavera, Unifier, and Oracle PPM Suite projects. - Lead a multi-disciplinary delivery unit, including project managers, architects, functional consultants, and developers. - Own talent management for the unit — workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and capability development. - Mentor and groom future leaders, promoting a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning. - Partner with HR and practice leadership to shape the talent supply strategy for the capital projects practice. - Manage the unit’s P&L, utilization, and financial performance while ensuring delivery excellence. - Establish and monitor KPIs, delivery metrics, and operational dashboards to ensure project and practice health. - Implement best practices in delivery operations, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery automation. - Ensure compliance with quality management and security standards across engagements. - Build and sustain senior client relationships, positioning the organization as a trusted partner for capital project transformation. - Support business development and pre-sales activities — shaping solutions, reviewing proposals, and representing delivery capability in pursuits. - Drive innovation and differentiation through digital project controls, AI analytics, and automation. - Represent the practice in client governance boards, steering committees, and internal executive reviews. Professional & Technical Skills: - Deep expertise in Capital Projects Controls, Analytics, and Delivery Management. - Proven experience in Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, Oracle PPM Suite, and related integrations. - Strong understanding of EPC, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Manufacturing capital project environments. - Ability to define and implement enterprise project controls frameworks integrating cost, schedule, risk, and performance management. - Familiarity with Agile and hybrid delivery models, especially in large-scale system integration programs. - Demonstrated ability to lead large, globally distributed teams and manage complex stakeholder ecosystems. - Strong executive communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. - Exposure to data analytics, reporting solutions (Power BI, Tableau), and predictive analytics for project performance will be a plus. - Certifications preferred: PMP / PRINCE2 / Oracle Primavera / Unifier / Agile Practitioner. - Experience in managing system integration programs for large EPC or infrastructure clients is highly desirable. -Proven leadership experience managing multi-million-dollar, multi-project portfolios. - Strategic thinking and execution excellence - Strong business and financial acumen - Influencing without authority and stakeholder engagement - Talent leadership and organizational capability building -Driving innovation and continuous improvement -Accountability for results and client value creation Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 18+ years of overall experience with 12+ years in project controls, capital project delivery, or related EAM/PPM implementations.. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Computer Science (or equivalent technical discipline).
