Captain Waiter

We are seeking a talented and service-driven Captain Waiter to join a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel group in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in a similar position within a high-end hospitality environment, demonstrating strong leadership, exceptional guest service skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team toward delivering world-class dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the waitstaff to ensure exceptional food and beverage service in line with luxury hospitality standards.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring prompt, professional, and attentive service at all times.
• Train, coach, and inspire team members to maintain the highest levels of service consistency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback effectively to ensure a memorable dining experience and repeat patronage.
• Maintain impeccable cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards throughout dining and service areas.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure seamless communication and smooth service flow.
• Manage table setups, dining reservations, and special requests with precision and attention to detail.
• Monitor inventory of service equipment and report shortages or maintenance needs promptly.
• Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and operational procedures as defined by the hotel.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Captain Waiter or Senior Waiter in a 5-star hotel or fine dining establishment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest engagement abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of fine dining standards, menu presentation, and upselling techniques.
• Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury hospitality expectations.
• Ability to multitask and perform efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: QAR2,000.00 per month
