Car Care Supervisor

You will be the on-ground site lead responsible for retail customer handling, quoting, job execution, QC, coordination of billing, and daily/monthly reporting as per Motormobiling & TMX SOPs.

Customer Handling & Quotation (Retail + Fleet)

• Welcome and attend walk-in retail customers.
• Inspect vehicles, understand requirements, and recommend suitable packages.
• Prepare and issue quotations directly in TMX ERP (access provided by TMX).
• Send quotes via WhatsApp/email, follow up, and secure customer approvals.
• Identify customer type (Retail vs Fleet) and coordinate fleet credit approvals with TMX Accounts.

Workshop Operations

• Allocate bays, schedule jobs, and assign tint/PPF/polishing technicians daily.
• Supervise Motormobiling applicators on-site to ensure timelines and standards.
• Ensure accurate recording of material usage per job
• (PPF meters/rolls, tint film usage, consumables).

Quality Control & Delivery

• Conduct final QC checks before delivery (finish, defects, alignment, cleanliness).
• Manage rework when required and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer walkthrough at pickup; explain after-care and warranty.
• Obtain customer sign-off on job cards.

Billing Coordination & Reconciliation

• Coordinate with TMX Front Desk for Fortis/POS retail invoicing and payment closure.
• Attach invoice copy to job card and ensure complete job closure.
• Prepare daily job/sales/material reports.
• Perform daily checks:
• Material usage vs Zoho stock deduction
• Support Fortis report vs TMX ERP report reconciliation with TMX team.

Cost & Site Control

• Record consumables and petty expenses per job for accurate costing.
• Raise and track small purchase requests for TMX Manager approval.
  

• 3–7+ years experience in automotive aftermarket / detailing / car care supervision.
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• PPF application
• Window tinting
• Polishing / paint correction
• Proven ability to handle retail customers confidently and close jobs.
• Comfortable using ERP/POS systems for quotations and job tracking.
• Strong leadership on the workshop floor, QC mindset, and time management.
• Good communication in English; Hindi/Arabic is a plus.
• UAE driving license is a plus.
