About the Role

We are hiring a Manager to lead daily operations in our car rental division. You will oversee fleet management, staff supervision, customer service, and compliance with UAE transport rules. You will focus on efficiency, process improvement, and operational excellence to increase profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fleet utilization, maintenance, and allocation.

• Coordinate vehicle preparation, servicing, and damage checks.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels.

• Lead and mentor rental agents, drivers, and other staff.

• Handle customer issues and improve customer retention.

• Improve procedures for bookings, handovers, returns, and payments.

• Reduce turnaround time and operational costs.

• Monitor expenses and manage rental contracts accurately.

• Ensure compliance with RTA and UAE regulations.

• Track KPIs like utilization, maintenance cost, and customer satisfaction.

• Report performance to senior management.

Required Skills and Experience

• Tow to five years of experience in operations or management in car rental.

• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.

• Strong knowledge of operational and scheduling.

• Experience with rental management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Strong communication skills in English. Arabic is an advantage.

• Valid UAE driving license.
