Job Opening – Rent-a-Car Operations / Customer Service (Fresher)

Location: Dubai

We are looking for a fresher to join our Rent-a-Car Operations / Customer Service team.

Philippines candidates are preferred due to communication and customer-handling requirements.

Position: Rent-a-Car Operations / Customer Service

Location: Dubai

Salary: 2500 – 3000 AED

Working Hours: 10 hours per day

Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and vehicle handovers

Prepare contracts, documents, and daily reports

Coordinate vehicle availability and scheduling

Support daily operations

Provide professional customer service

Requirements:

Freshers welcome to apply

Good English communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, WhatsApp)

Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Must be inside UAE (visit or cancelled visa)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
