Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in the showroom and guide them through the car buying process

• Identify customer needs and match them with the right vehicle options

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat and referral business

• Follow up with leads from online inquiries, phone calls, and walk-ins

• Present financing options and collaborate with the finance department

• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and promotions

• Achieve monthly sales goals while providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:

• Prior experience in car sales, retail, or customer service preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation and closing abilities

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
