  • Customer interaction: Greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and present suitable vehicle options.
  • Product knowledge: Provide detailed information on vehicle features, specifications, warranties, and pricing.
  • Sales and negotiation: Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle performance, negotiate prices, and close sales by completing contracts.
  • Customer relationship management: Follow up on leads, maintain rapport with previous customers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative tasks: Complete sales reports, manage customer records, and assist with showroom setup.
  • Financial guidance: Guide customers through financing options and trade-in valuations.
