We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cardiac Perfusionist to join our multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional cardiovascular care. As a key member of the surgical team, you will be responsible for operating the heart-lung machine and other advanced perfusion equipment during open-heart and thoracic procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate and monitor cardiopulmonary bypass machines during cardiac surgery.

· Administer blood products, anesthetic agents, and medications as required.

· Maintain accurate perfusion records and patient data.

· Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

· Participate in on-call rotation and emergency procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Cardiac Perfusion Technology from a recognized institution.

· Relevant certification or license (where applicable).

· Minimum 1–2 years of experience in cardiac perfusion.

· Experience in adult and/or pediatric cardiac cases preferred.

· Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and communication skills.

· Ability to operate and manage heart-lung machines and other related equipment during cardiac surgeries.
