Essential Criteria

• Previous professional experience as a Care Worker, Support Worker, Residential Worker, or Youth Worker.

• Experience working with adolescents or young adults (ideally 11-16 years old).

• A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

• Exceptional communication skills and a patient, non-judgemental approach.
