Career Development Program – Procurement Support Analyst


Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Support Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a wide variety of projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with requisitions and purchase orders creation and changes
  • Amazon order approval
  • Outline agreement analytics, creation and changes
  • Support categories and plant personnel with training
  • Help manage data to ensure compliance with company policies
  • Vendor liaison emails
  • Provide general administrative support to the procurement team
  • Identify and execute process improvement
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Actively Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree required. Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred
  • Availability for 4 hours a day is preferred, a total of 20 hours a week; hours must be scheduled Monday thru Friday 7AM to 5PM.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, as a team and manage multiple priorities
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation


The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $20 – $22/hr;
