Carpenter

We are looking for skilled Carpenters to join our team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing carpentry work related to the maintenance, repair, and installation of wooden fixtures, furniture, doors, partitions, and other woodwork across various properties.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general carpentry work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of doors, windows, cabinets, furniture, and wooden partitions.
• Conduct regular inspections and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure all wooden fixtures and fittings are in good condition.
• Repair or replace damaged woodwork, locks, hinges, handles, and other related hardware.
• Fabricate, assemble, and modify wooden structures or furniture as required.
• Coordinate with other maintenance staff to complete repairs and refurbishment projects efficiently.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with health and safety procedures.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in carpentry work, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Proficient in using carpentry tools, machines, and materials.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
