KNOCKDOWN CARPENTER – JOB REQUIREMENTS

Position: Knockdown Carpenter

Experience: 1–10 years (Furniture / Modular Industry preferred)

Location: BARHANA , SAMPLA HR

Salary: As per experience + OT + Benefits

Key Responsibilities

• Reading and understanding technical drawings.
• Assembling knock-down (KD) furniture like beds, wardrobes, tables, and cabinets.
• Handling tools such as drill machine, screw gun, jigsaw, and hand tools.
• Fixing hardware: hinges, channels, locks, handles, brackets, etc.
• On-site installation at customer locations.
• Ensuring quality finish, alignment & accurate fitting.
• Maintaining safety and cleanliness at job site.

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of modular/kd furniture assembly.
• Ability to read drawings & measurement skills.
• Good understanding of different types of hardware fitting.
• Physically fit and able to lift/shift furniture parts.
• Time-management and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

• 10th / 12th Pass
• ITI Carpenter or relevant experience (preferred)
