About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Civil Works Carpenter with hands-on experience in residential or commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of performing a range of carpentry tasks, maintaining quality workmanship, and adhering to safety standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks including formwork, shuttering, framing, and finishing for civil construction projects.
• Construct, install, and repair structural wooden frameworks and related components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, measurements, and project blueprints.
• Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials such as wood, plywood, and other carpentry materials.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and carpentry machinery safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with site engineers, supervisors, and other team members to complete tasks on schedule.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and orderly condition.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE as a carpenter in civil construction.
• Strong knowledge of formwork, shuttering, and general carpentry techniques.
• Ability to read drawings and follow instructions accurately.
• Good physical fitness and ability to work in outdoor construction environments.
