Total Property Solutions is seeking an experienced Carpenter to join our maintenance and fit-out team.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience in residential, commercial, or facility projects. The role requires strong craftsmanship, precision, and the ability to work independently on various carpentry tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform carpentry work including cutting, shaping, assembling, and installing wooden structures
• Repair and maintain doors, cabinets, shelves, partitions, and other wooden fixtures
• Install and repair hinges, locks, handles, and hardware
• Read and interpret drawings, measurements, and job specifications
• Operate carpentry tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy and quality standards
• Assist with general maintenance tasks when required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven carpentry experience
• Skilled in woodworking, repairs, and finishing
• Ability to read technical drawings and measure accurately
• Knowledge of tools, materials, and carpentry techniques
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks
